Returns & Exchanges
At Deborah Rhodes, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from shipment, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
A proof of purchase is required for a full refund. Returns without proof of purchase will receive merchandise credit.
We recommend keeping the original packaging if you are considering a return.
Items should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We do not cover return shipping costs and suggest using an insured courier, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued for items returned in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to process.
Product Variations & Defects:
Many of our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials, meaning variations in color, texture, and shape are part of their unique charm—not defects.
Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, which is beyond our control and does not qualify as a defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customerservice@deborahrhodes.com immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a replacement or refund as needed.
Final Sale Items & Order Cancellations:
Sale, discontinued, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Refusing a shipment is not a valid return. If a shipment is refused and returned to us unopened, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, along with all shipping costs. If the refused package is lost in transit, it will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
